somdet.net is operated by Somdet Pattaraamonjit (an individual), providing digital services under the AICE brand. The Site is an informational and portfolio resource with some free tools; it is not an online store that processes payments on-site.
3. Pricing & formation of contract
Displayed prices (e.g. “from ฿690”) are indicative starting prices, not binding offers. Actual scope and price depend on each project. A contract forms only when both parties agree the scope and price in writing (e.g. by email/chat, or via a platform such as Fastwork).
4. Free tools (Legal Shield, AI Visibility Scan)
We offer free tools such as Legal Shield and the AI Visibility scanner “as is”, for preliminary guidance only. Their outputs are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate — see the Legal Shield Tool Terms and Disclaimer.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully; (b) attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage it; (c) mass-scrape it to cause harm or unfairly compete; or (d) reuse its content/code/designs without permission.
