Email somdet@somdet.net with the subject “PDPA Request”, stating which right you wish to exercise and enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your data (e.g. the email you contacted us from).
3. Identity verification
To protect your own data, we may request additional information to confirm you are the data subject before acting.
4. Timeframe & cost
We respond to requests within 30 days as required by law. Erasure/destruction requests may take longer to process under the applicable criteria (up to 90 days in some cases). Reasonable requests are free of charge.
5. Limits on rights
Some rights are conditional by law — e.g. we may need to retain certain data under accounting/tax law or to establish/exercise legal claims. In such cases we will explain the reason.
6. Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with our handling, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand.
