This policy applies to our paid digital services (e.g. web, automation, writing, translation, marketing, etc.), which are bespoke, made-to-order work. The free tools carry no charge and are outside the refund scope.
2. Satisfaction guarantee (we revise until it fits)
Every package states the number of revision rounds included. We revise the work to match the agreed brief through those rounds — our goal is a deliverable that meets the brief and satisfies you, not just something shipped. Before any refund, we always ask for the chance to make it right first.
3. Before production & deposits
If you cancel before we begin production, we refund in full (including any deposit). For larger projects that take a deposit, the deposit secures your slot and counts toward the total fee — fully refundable as long as production has not started.
4. The money-back guarantee
This is what our advertised “money-back guarantee” means: if, after using the revision rounds included in your package, the deliverable still materially fails to meet the agreed brief, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the fee for that deliverable. We set a 7-day window because bespoke work can be reviewed against the brief as soon as it is delivered.
5. Accepted work & multi-phase projects
Because the work is bespoke, once you approve/accept a deliverable or use it commercially, that deliverable is considered complete and non-refundable. For phased projects, accepted phases are final, while phases not yet started are refundable pro-rata.
6. Exclusions
Refunds do not cover:
Third-party costs already incurred, e.g. cloud, ad spend, domains, licensed fonts/images, and lawyer certification fees.
A change of mind on an agreed scope where the deliverable correctly matches the brief.
Delays or issues caused by the client not providing required inputs/access.
Rush jobs already in production (refund considered pro-rata for the portion not yet started).
7. Jobs via a platform (Fastwork)
For jobs engaged via Fastwork, payment and buyer protection follow that platform's system and terms (including escrow and dispute mediation), which give both sides added confidence.
8. How to claim & timeframe
Email somdet@somdet.net within 7 days of delivery, with the job details and where it misses the brief. We will review and process the refund within 14 days via your original payment method.
9. Post-delivery care
Many packages include free post-delivery debugging/care under their stated terms, so your deliverable keeps working — not just handed over and forgotten.
10. Job-specific agreements
If a written quote or agreement for a specific job sets terms different from this page, that job-specific agreement prevails. This page is the standard policy where nothing else is agreed.
